Adjustable drink recipes
You can completely adjust the volume of hot water and/or product dispensed for each product, all at the touch of a button.  This will allow you to easily adjust the strength of each drink, if necessary. In a nutshell, you can tweak each drink to your location’s specifications.

Compact and lightweight
One of the most important attributes in designing The Gourmet Butler was to have it compact and lightweight.  The Gourmet Butler has been designed using an extremely tough grade of ABS plastic, thereby greatly reducing its overall weight, while maintaining its strength.  This also keeps the Butler compact (so it can fit almost anywhere), while still being able to give it a classy look with curves and appeal. Also, items like corrosion and paint-loss are not an issue (like they are with metal cabinets).

Your Butler weighs under 50 pounds!  This makes it much more manageable to install and transport. One person can now do what it takes 2 people to do with similar-styled machines, saving man-hours and labor costs. The Gourmet Butler is now easily transported in a car… no van or truck needed!

Cup sensor
For anyone who's ever used a hot drink vending machine, we're sure you can think of at least one time when you forgot to put your cup under the nozzle... and hot coffee poured everywhere.  The Butler's infrared cup sensor will never let this happen again!  This unique feature will sound a beep, and flash a message on the LCD display if there is no cup in place.

Easy to install and maintain
Your Butler comes ready to go right out of the box.  Simply deliver it to your location, place it on a counter, hook up the water, and you're in business!  You can connect to a water line, make any recipe adjustments, and set out your cups & lids etc, in under 10 minutes.

Full accounting program
There is a quick-reference odometer-style meter inside the Butler for quick access when you do not need detailed product numbers.  When you do want detailed sales figures, you'll find the electronic readouts very thorough, and very easy to scroll through.  You can keep track of each selection's sales numbers and dollar volume.  

Gourmet style cups and lids
Your Butler is designed to vend between 4 and 12 ounces per flush-filled cup.  Our Gourmet Butler branded Styrofoam cups are imprinted with the Gourmet Butler logo and the "www.YouDeserveAButler.com" website address.  We've also complemented the design with text that describes the gourmet quality and variety of the Butler's drinks. The Gourmet Butler cups are an excellent value. And they continue to complement the brand and add to the overall gourmet look and feel of the Gourmet Butler.

The Gourmet Butler Quick Change Canisters can hold up to 400 x 12 ounce gourmet drinks per refill.

With 4 product canisters, The Gourmet Butler brews 7 unique beverages, plus hot water for tea or soup.  A typical menu has Hot Chocolate, Mocha Cafe, 2 flavors of Cappuccino (French Vanilla, Hazelnut and English Toffee are popular) 2 flavors of Cafe Latte, hot water (for tea or soup), and premium coffee.  Some of our more popular flavors are French Vanilla, Gourmet Double-Dutch Hot Chocolate, Almond Amaretto and English Toffee.

Multi-currency coin mechanism including tokens
The Gourmet Butler accepts every denomination of coin (in the USA, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean) as well as the new Gourmet Butler Token. Your Butler can also be set to Free Vend as needed.

Push button on-site cleaning
Easily perform an interior rinse of all beverage components with the push of a button.  This will flush hot water through the water lines and mixer bowls of your Gourmet Butler, keeping them clean and your machine performing to peak standards.    

Quick Change Canisters^®
We developed these product canisters to be easily and very quickly switched out by the operator!  In 30 seconds you can now open your machine, pull out your 4 canisters, and quickly replace them with your 4 pre-filled canisters.  No messing with aligning T-brackets, clamps, lids etc. This feature is one of a kind and will allow you to fill up some spare canisters at home, and simply head off to your locations.  No more filling or cleaning the old kind of canisters at your location!  You'll be able to clean your emptied canisters at home (they're dishwasher-safe).  This will provide a much more professional image at your location, and will enable you to service more locations in a given time period. 

Quick connect water supply and water filter
Now you can easily connect to any cold-water line at your location for a non-stop supply of fresh water. Our Quick Connect Adaptor on the back of the Butler makes it easy.  The Quick Connect Adaptor includes a 360° swivel elbow (allowing you to direct your water line
in any direction), and a handy water shut-off valve.

Self diagnostic package
The Gourmet Butler is built very solid, and all components are European grade.  However, when something does go wrong, wouldn't it be nice if your Butler could tell you EXACTLY what it needs? Now it can! The Gourmet Butler has sensors for every major component, and if there is a problem, it will display an easy-to-understand message and code on the LCD screen.  One simple look in your manual, or a quick call to us will tell you exactly what to do to fix the error. Look for complete trouble-shooting instructions for each error in your manual.  You'll never need a repairman again.  Although most errors are operator-induced (door open, key not removed, no-cup etc), if the problem occurs with a part, the part is easily removed and replaced if need be.

Spare key
With each Butler, you’ll receive a spare key. Perfect if you need a set to give locations that refill their own machine, or for an employee.

Tent card menu
We’ve designed an attractive full-color tent card menu to sit inside an acrylic display on top of The Gourmet Butler. It’s designed to showcase the tempting descriptions of each drink, as well as the price.  This also makes it easy to feature a limited-time holiday drink, such as a Christmas Berry Cappuccino or Pumpkin Spice.
